In the footsteps of the journeyman carpenters... !
Come and discover the masterpieces of the journeymen carpenters and the history of the carpentry school founded in 1871 in Romanèche-Thorins. Its founder, Pierre-François Guillon, a journeyman carpenter, taught his students drawing, material cutting and woodworking techniques. Carpentry and companionship are listed by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
Visit the museum as a family with the children's trail for 3 to 8 year olds.

- Gratuities (for under 18s, disabled persons and their companions (limited access to the museum's rooms for people with reduced mobility). Free on the 1st Sunday of the month)
Wearing a mask is compulsory from the age of 12 and during the visit - Hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance and exit. Subject to new government health measures.
