Access to the car park is from Allée Robert Baron et Renée Baron-Peyrou, with a few spaces on the right or at the end of the lane. Avoid parking alongside the pond.
Regular signposting on enamelled panels.
(D/A) Walk along the pond on the right to reach the Rigole de Saint-Privé. In front of this ditch, turn right. When you reach the small arched bridge spanning the ditch, cross over and reach a tarmac road.
(1) Cross and climb the sunken track. At the crossroads, turn left, cross between the house and the farm and come to the road (no signpost - April 2019).
(2) Go down this road on the left. At the entrance to the first curve, take the hairpin bend to the right (signposted "Camerolle"). Halfway up, fork left (viewpoint over the village) and continue as far as the next cross-country track. Turn left and keep to the left of the boundary wall until you reach Rue du Tumulus, opposite the cemetery.
(3) Turn right and walk along the cemetery wall. At the crow's feet, keep Rue du Tumulus on your left and continue straight on to the end. Opposite the road, go down Rue du Stade and reach Rue de la Puisaye (D90).
(4) Cross the road with care. Turn left and then immediately right towards the Centre Culturel. In front of the car park, turn right-left to go back and forth to the Loing. Before the footbridge and the spot displaying one of Henri Harpignies' works, make a U-turn and walk alongside the Centre Culturel Henri Harpignies. Go down the path, along the ditch, cross it and reach Rue de la Puisaye. Cross carefully using the pedestrian crossing.
Head back up towards the town centre along Rue Henri Harpignies, passing the church and arriving in front of the Square du Souvenir. Climb the wide staircase on the left and you will come to La Trémellerie - the former home of Henri Harpignies. Opposite the building, turn left and left again before the entrance to the cemetery. In front of the church, turn right into Rue du Lavoir. Opposite the wash-house, turn left, then right into Rue Henri Harpignies to reach the pond (D/A).
