A cycling tour to discover the region's mining past.
Cycle through the main towns in the coalfield, following in the footsteps of the old coal mines, to see how the sites marked by coal mining have been rehabilitated.
This itinerary takes in the industrial heritage of the region at various points along the way: the Chavannes washhouse, the Sanvignes discoveries, the mining towns, the Mining Museum and the large parks in the town of Montceau-les-Mines.
