Le Tacot de Toucy

Departure and return car parks in the centre of Toucy, Place des Frères Genêt.

(D/A) Join Rue Émile Genet, cross it and take the alley on the right of the furniture shop (large windows). Cross Rue Paul Bert and continue up Rue de la Poterne. At the top, turn right into Rue Lucile Cormier to reach Boulevard Pierre Larousse.

(1) Turn left, crossing Rue Paul Defrance before turning right. Keep to the left-hand pavement until you reach Rue de la Vau Laurier. At the top of the curve, leave the tarmac and turn slightly right. Keep to the main path, leaving a footpath on the left.

(2) When you reach the road, go straight ahead, then bear left, as the road ends in a path. Turn right at the crow's feet and left at the next one.

(3) Keep to the left-hand shoulder for a few metres and turn left at right-angles.

(4) In Vérrigny, turn left 4 times in succession to find a track. Drive past the Fontaine des Vergers. This leads to a tarmac road.

(5) Cross it and continue straight on. Continue along Avenue de Kusel until you come to an intersection.

(6) Go down to the right.

(7) At the roundabout, leave the avenue for Rue des Montagnes. Follow this road all the way down, passing the lycée on your left and the library on your right. Reach Rue Paul Defrance.

(8) Cross this street and go down Rue du Marché then Rue Philippe Verger. When you reach Place Pierre Larousse, keep the statue on your right, pass Rue Paul Bert and take Rue Colette. At the end of Rue Colette, cross Rue Emile Genet to get back to the starting point (D/A).
