This trail starts near the Chapelle Sainte-Langueur de Boutissaint, inside the park.
The entire route is signposted.
(D/A) Opposite the chapel, turn left along the wide driveway. Shortly after the last building, turn right over a wooden bridge. Walk along the fence of the European bison park and at the edge of the wood, bear left. There are several wooden bridges along the way. Use the enclosures and fences as a guide. At the end of the climb, you will come to a side path.
(1) Turn right. Go past an ancient oppidum to reach a sunken side path.
(2) Turn left. Continue along this main path, ignoring the clearing paths and occasional animal tracks. When you reach a clearer area, you will see a path with a fence in the left-hand corner.
(3) Turn left onto this track, which runs alongside the park enclosure. In front of a fairly deep ditch dug by the streams upstream, turn left and go down to reach a passageway. Use the bridge to cross the river, climb up to the right and soon find the fence around the park. Continue to the left. At the parcel dividing line 14 and 16 (numbers marked on the oak trees), turn left downhill. The Étang de la Bruyère can be seen at the bottom of the valley. Go around it to the right and end up in front of the Corsican mouflon enclosure.
(4) Turn right and walk alongside this enclosure. At the very wide driveway, turn right and drive past a sand quarry. Find the perimeter fence on the right and follow it for around 200 m, keeping it to your right.
(5) Go left along this path, which is slightly hidden in the vegetation at the very beginning. Continue straight ahead and you will see a number of paths and trails created by the passage of animals. You will come to the path leading from the château to the Parc de la Boulassière de la Boissière.
(6) Go straight across this path. Enter the undergrowth and walk along the path regularly laid out with wooden bridges that avoid the muddy and marshy parts due to the numerous springs and streams. Arrive overlooking the Étang des Midoux.
(7) Take the path on the left and quickly cross the pond dike. Walk up this path until you reach the wishing tree. Continue straight ahead to reach the perimeter gates.
(8) Enter the undergrowth. To do this, turn left once, then left again after about 20 metres and right again after about 80 metres. Stay on this path through the undergrowth until you come to a Y junction. Take the left-hand branch. Continue along this path until you come to a point overlooking the Étang du Château. Cross the gully and, before the bridge leading to the dyke, walk along the right bank of the pond, either through the woods or along the water's edge, depending on the season.
At the end of the pond, make a left/right turn to cross the stream, walk along it for around sixty metres and go up the woodland path, passing at the foot of a row of Puisaye sandstone slabs. Walk past the barn and return to the starting point (D/A).
