This circuit links Clamecy to Vézelay, and allows you to discover some interesting sites, including the Nivernais Canal cycle route, which offers a breathtaking view of the Basseville rocks, and the Basseville Charterhouse, which was once a hostel for pilgrims on their way to St Jacques de Compostelle, Coulanges sur Yonne with its guinguette on the banks of the river Yonne where a stop is necessary to quench one's thirst, then further on the castle of Faulin where the film "la grande vadrouille" was shot, then Vézelay with its basilica, and on the way down the prehistoric site of the dinosaurs of Cardoland in Chamoux.
It is also a rather sporting circuit because it presents some unevenness, in particular on the rise to Vézelay.
