NEW: the Pigeonnier, dating from the 16th century, has been completely refurbished with a contemporary touch, combining authenticity with respect for the past. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with two free-standing baths and an Italian-style shower. The upstairs bedroom has retained its original niches and exposed timbers, and is equipped with a video projector.
