3-day cures from Friday 9am to Sunday 5.30pm.
Reception :
From Thursday evening to Monday morning (overnight stays on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) on a full-board basis. Arrival on Thursday evening or Friday morning, departure on Sunday evening or Monday morning. Overnight accommodation in a single room (bed and breakfast or "cabanes insolites") in a friendly, eco-friendly gîte in the heart of the forest (Gite de la Colombière at La Grande Verrière).
Permacuisine meals (organic, local, gluten-free, vegetarian).
Contents of the sylvan cure :
- 6 forest baths (toning, relaxing, rebalancing, unusual, nocturnal, etc),
- 1 Bonus Discovery Workshop (depending on the availability of our guest experts: naturo, reflexo, sophro, herbalist, singing, etc),
- Welcome from 8.30am in the yoga room for a silent sit.
The programmes for the various forest baths and workshops, as well as the evenings and meals, will be communicated when you book. Details of rules and cancellation conditions will be posted on the website.

The sylvestre cure is a woodland alternative to the spa treatments we're all familiar with! As well as enjoying the benefits of thermal or marine waters, the sylvester cure is an innovative and unique way of immersing yourself in the forest for several days. The programme, devised by a certified sylvotherapy guide, offers deep relaxation and reprogramming for body and mind.
