Welcome to Dront, where this former hamlet school has been converted into a self-catering holiday cottage, in a peaceful setting yet close to the town centre and all its essential services. You'll love the magnificent view from the courtyard over our typical Morvan countryside.
Designed to accommodate one large group at a time, our municipal self-catering holiday cottage can accommodate up to 40 people, thanks to its many bedrooms and spacious, fully-equipped rooms (kitchen, dining room, relaxation room, meeting room, enclosed courtyard, etc.). Wifi also makes it possible to maintain professional activities at a distance, ideal for seminars and other studious holidays!
But we also offer a wide range of nature and cultural activities just outside the hamlet: hiking, tennis and a lake next to the campsite, a cinema, a museum on the tradition of galvachers, a library, the Burgundy House of Oral Heritage, not to mention the many events that bring the village to life.
Our self-catering gîte is open all year round by prior arrangement. Don't hesitate to ask us in advance about holiday periods.
