A few kilometres from the capital of Burgundy wines, this gîte has been completely renovated and includes :

On the ground floor: large open-plan living room with Burgundy tiles in the lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed. Shower room with Italian shower. Separate toilet.

Access to the first floor via a spiral staircase: 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 twin beds (to be requested in advance). Shower room and separate WC. Baby equipment: bed, high chair and bath.

Parking and 80 m² courtyard. Electricity, heating, bed linen and wifi included in the price. Possibility to rent towels.

Wine-growing estate on site. The gîte is adjacent to the owner's winery, who will introduce you to her profession and her wines with passion.

To discover: Beaune, the capital of wines, known internationally for its famous Hospices, also listed by Unesco. Activities all year round. Numerous wine tasting cellars and restaurants in the commune. La Voie des Vignes cycle route, from Beaune to Santenay. Beautiful walks in the vineyard. Also to be discovered on the Route des Grands Crus, famous wine villages such as Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet... Beaune, beach side: 14 000 m² of beaches, 4 natural swimming pools, climbing wall unique in France.
