This gîte is located in a detached house situated not far from the owners' home in the village. Ground floor: large dining-living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (two single beds that can be joined to make a queen-size double bed), bathroom and toilet with access to disabled persons, and one separate toilet. First floor: Lounge with convertible couch, 3 bedrooms, one of which has its private shower room, (4 single beds, 1 double bed and a baby cot), bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. High chair and baby bath. Fire place and wood-burning stove. Electric heating and firewood. Private enclosed courtyard (150m²). Garden furniture and barbecue. End of stay cleaning option with supplement. This gîte is situated near Semur-en-Auxois, Chatillon-sur-Seine, Montbard (Vausse priory, and the Abbey of Fontenay), Tonnere (Hôtel-Dieu, fosse Dionne), the Castle of Tanlay and the Burgundy Canal.
