Stay in this cosy Tiny House surrounded by vineyards and enjoy the view!
Ideally located in the heart of the Coteaux du Giennois vineyards, near the Cave Nérot, this Tiny House will charm you! A real escape from time to disconnect.
You can stay in this Tiny House on one of the Nérot cellar plots, at the crossroads of the region's 3 appellations: Coteaux du Giennois, Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé. The Tiny House has a queen-size bed, a futon for two children under the age of 12, a fully-equipped kitchen, an ecological shower, a dry toilet, a fan and heating.
This family-run wine estate, just 2 hours from Paris, is sure to delight wine-lovers, with its range of Sauvignon Blancs and Gamay and Pinot Noir reds and rosés. For Julie Nérot, taking over this estate in 2011 was an obvious choice, making her the 5th generation of winemakers and the first woman to take charge of these 7 hectares of land. Since then, Julie has turned the Cave into a place where people can meet and share, where she passionately passes on the know-how of her wines, following an optimum quality approach.
As a committed winegrower, the work in the vines is carefully thought out, depending on their vitality and environment, and part of the harvest is done by hand. No insecticides or herbicides are used, and fertilisers are made from organic matter approved for use in Organic Farming.
