The apartment overlooks the cathedral and the vineyards of Clos de la Chainette. A parking space is available in the residence. A free public car park is also just a 3-minute walk away.

The first bedroom has a very comfortable Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm).
The second bedroom can sleep an additional 2 people in a 140 x 190 cm bed.

There is a separate bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet and washing machine (shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer available).

The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. It has an oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. It is separated from the lounge by a central island with 4 high stools.

You will enjoy WIFI (fibre) and connected TV.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Tea, coffee (ground and pods) and cocoa are available.
For children under 2, a cot is available on request.

The flat is renovated, bright and very comfortable.
We take great care over the quality of the furnishings and decoration, using mainly antique items to suit our tastes.

The flat is on the 1st floor, without lift, and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
