Maison Rameau

This winegrower's house from 1850, independent and full of charm, is ideally located in the heart of Couchey (1st village on the Burgundy Great Growths road), 15 minutes from Dijon and 30 minutes from Beaune. You can park at your convenience, in the street or in the courtyard.
With a surface area of 120 m², it has a courtyard with a covered terrace equipped for meals, a courtyard and a small patch of lawn for sunbathing. You will also have access to an authentic and magnificent vaulted cellar, to take the freshness or to taste our good Burgundian wines.
In short, this two-storey house combines both the charm of old houses steeped in history and modernity, thanks to all its fully renovated facilities.

As a preamble to the description, and so that there is no confusion, I would like to point out that the price shown is a starting price for the large bedroom (1 or 2 persons) and all the rest of the house of course. As soon as the 2nd room is used, there is a supplement of 15€ per night. There is no extra charge for babies who will use the cot provided. Thank you for your understanding.

You will have at your disposal on the ground floor :
- a large living room of 40 m² with a beautiful operational fireplace and an adjoining equipped kitchen.
- a spacious and bright bathroom with bath and shower.
- WC.
Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms with new bedding :
- the small one (18 m²) with 2 single beds (80 x 200).
- the large one (35 m²) with a double bed (160 x 200) and a home cinema.
All sheets, towels, tea towels, sponges, household products, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and bathroom products are provided at no extra charge.

In short, it is a house in which one is happy to spend a night, or even more, to take full advantage of our magnificent region, its cultural heritage (Dijon, Beaune, Clos de Vougeot...), its gastronomic and wine-growing heritage, its vineyards (wine route) and all the surrounding countryside (Ouche valley and numerous footpaths in the coast and the back coast between Dijon and Beaune. For the amateurs, 3 golf courses in the vicinity and the Jura at one hour of road.

Animals are no longer accepted.
From 7 nights, the cleaning of the house is optional for 45,00€, to be paid the day of your departure if you take it.
Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside.
