The house is located in a residential area in the heart of Beaune's old town, just a few steps from the pretty Rue de Lorraine and a few minutes' walk from the famous Hospices de Beaune.

Completely renovated, this old house dates back to the 18th century. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and oven. The kitchen opens onto a dining room with a table for 6 people. There are two bathrooms with shower, two comfortable bedrooms each with a Queen-size double bed (or 2 single beds as you prefer). Under the beams on the top floor there is a sitting room for four, with TV, DVD and Blue Ray. One of the sofas is a sofa bed.
