This dwelling, composed of three bedrooms, two shower rooms, 2 toilets, living room, dining room and kitchen, offers you a very pleasant space.

On the ground floor:

- equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer) Washing and cleaning products, toilet paper and garbage bags are not provided,
- dining room for 8 people
- living room (television + internet + double sofa bed).
Room "Des bois" :
- One bedroom, one 160x200 bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

On the first floor :

"LA SUITE" composed of :
- one bedroom, one 160x200 bed,
- one bedroom, two single beds, 90x200 and 80x180.
- A shower room,
- separate toilet

(Possibility of renting sheets and towels in supplement)

Garden area with table, benches and garden furniture.

Important information :

- 20 euros for cleaning, to be paid at the time of booking, corresponding to a final cleaning, so that the following tenants find the gîte in the same state of cleanliness as you.
- On departure, the accommodation must be left tidy, clean, dishes clean and tidy, and rubbish disposed of in the outside containers provided for this purpose.
- If you really don't want to do the cleaning, please inform me by mail, a supplement will be asked.

ONE NIGHT STAY: Cleaning fee of 30,00 euros (in addition to the 20 euros at the time of booking), payable on arrival and in cash euros.

Please note:

The rooms are available according to the number of persons at the time of booking.
e.g. :
- A couple = one room.
- Two separate persons = "LA SUITE" (2 rooms, one with a bed of 160X200 and another with a single bed, a shower room and a separate toilet). If you want two beds of 160 x 200, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, book for 3 persons.

In case of electric bike charging or excessive internet downloading, a surcharge for electricity will be applied on site.
