L'Orée du Château

L'Orée du Château welcomes you to a detached, single-storey house in the heart of a quiet village just 5 minutes from the historic centre of Beaune and its vineyards. The accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, a convertible living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with WC.
Recent baby equipment is available on request. Towels and sheets are available on request. You can also use the private garden with its trees to relax and unwind. Garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal.

In the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, close to the Hospices de Beaune and the Santenay spa, l'Orée du Château offers you a calm and relaxing holiday on the route des grands crus.
We will provide you with a wide range of information on the region's Pleasures and Delights menu. We'll also give you information about walks along the Côte des Grands Crus and the hinterland, full of history and magnificent panoramas.
During the week, Jean-Marie can take you to a belvedere to admire the vines and tell you about the history of the area.

From the gîte, a secure cycle path takes you to the greenways. Skate-parks, cycling, swimming pools, fishing and hiking are just some of the activities you can enjoy, along with visits and tastings of local wines and cheeses.

The train station and motorway exit are 3 km away.
The gîte is near Beaune on the road to Seurre. Turn left as soon as you cross the motorway bridge. Go as far as the town hall. Turn right. A photo shows the route. The Santenay spa is 23 minutes away.
