Independent house, entirely renovated, in the heart of the Morvan, 6 km from Château-Chinon, near the lake of Pannecière and Les Settons (6km and 18km). In a nest of flowers and greenery from spring. House entirely renovated in a contemporary style, inside a brand new and functional furniture, including on the ground floor :

- A living room: kitchen-dining room opening onto the living room with fireplace, very well equipped with new furniture and appliances. The children are very sensitive to the colourful aspect of the place.

- On the first floor there are 2 small bedrooms on the mezzanine: one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed (two 90cm beds that fit together). The room is hidden by an appropriate curtain which does not let the light or the noise of the ground floor through.

Baby equipment on request (bed, high chair, changing table). Outside terrace with view on the garden (+barbecue).
