Les Robins

18 kms from Auxerre, in the heart of Burgundy, Annick and Laurent welcome you to the gîte Les Robins, located in Rebourseaux, a small hamlet of Vergigny. This totally independent gîte has been renovated and fitted out with great taste. It can accommodate up to 4 people: a dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a living room with a fireplace that will warm up your winter evenings. One double room (1 bed 160 x 200 cm) with private bathroom, one twin room (2 beds 90 x 200 cm which can be twinned into 1 bed 180 x 200 cm) with private bathroom. Sheets are provided and the beds will be made on your arrival. Bathroom linen (towels and bathrobes) is also provided. In season, you will appreciate the enclosed outdoor spaces and the covered terrace. And to help you make the most of your stay and relax, a wellness area is available: a jacuzzi and a hammam have been installed in an outbuilding opposite the gîte, to which you have free access throughout your stay. To complete your Burgundian escapade, you can take advantage of the many tourist sites in the vicinity: The Abbey of Pontigny, built in 1114, the Ornithological Reserve of Rebourseaux and its 20 hectare pond, which is home to a large number of bird species throughout the year, Chablis and its world famous white wines, The village of Chablis is only 16 km from the gîte, the Chéu aerodrome, for gliding and parachuting enthusiasts, Tonnerre and the Fosse Dionne, and of course Auxerre, with its remarkable site in the curve of the Yonne and its many religious buildings.
