Close to all the shops and tourist sites of the Auxois, old renovated stone farmhouse on 4000 m² of land, on the edge of a river with forest and orchard. Ground floor: living room with lounge and equipped kitchen (small fridge). Separate toilet. First floor: a large bedroom with a view of the river and a double bed. A bedroom with 2 single beds. Shower room with WC.

Private terrace at the back of the house, on the forest side and shared garden on the river bank.

Electric heating and bed linen included in the price.

Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair and bath with thermometer.

No wifi but 4G is available. Gite adjoins the owners' house. Road nearby.

To see, to do in the surroundings: the MuseoParc Alésia, the castle of Bussy Rabutin and its French garden, the Gorsline museum (American painter), the medieval cities of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, famous for its aniseed, and Semur-en-Auxois, the abbey of Fontenay listed as a Unesco World Heritage site, etc. For leisure activities: Le Nid à la Caille lake with supervised swimming and children's games 1 km away. Lake Pont with its own beach. Auxois animal park and leisure park. Walks and cycle routes along the Burgundy Canal. Numerous walks and bike rides in the area.
