Comprising 6 double bedrooms, the gîte can accommodate a group of up to 12 adults. All baby equipment is available free of charge, and the bathrooms are designed to accommodate both young and old: bathtub, changing table, lowered washbasin, etc. The layout of the building and outside areas has been designed to ensure that people with reduced mobility can enjoy their stay in the best possible conditions, thanks in particular to a double bedroom with a dedicated PRM shower room. To enable motorcyclists to discover our beautiful region, special facilities are available, including: 2 covered car parks for machines, a cloakroom with storage space for motorbike equipment, tools and consumables for routine maintenance. The gîte also has a pool table, a games table, 2 petanque areas and a barbecue. Children will be delighted to discover the children's play area. If you'd like to learn more about the region, the library has books (many of them old) to help you appreciate the local historical heritage. The gîte also has a farm of Ouessant sheep: adorable dwarf sheep that will come to you for a cuddle if you offer them a handful of grain. The star of the little ones is a 100% eco-friendly lawnmower! Charges and optional extras: Heating (pellet-fired boiler) and electricity included, as well as bed linen (beds made up on arrival). Optional bathroom linen hire: €7/person. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: 150€. Possibility of sleeping 2 extra children (sofa bed): 7€/child/night. Pets are not allowed.
