L'écrin, joli cottage en Auxois

The accommodation comprises a main room of 25 m2 with a small open-plan kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee-making facilities, induction hob, all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals, plus cleaning products), a lounge area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a flat-screen TV with Netflix (with your own access codes).
Upstairs, the 25 m² room has a 160x200 bed, a relaxation area and an extra bed (BZ).
The accommodation has a small bathroom - WC with a shower cubicle, vanity unit and porthole washing machine.
Hairdryer, towels, shower mat and liquid soap are all provided.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the outdoors (garden furniture and barbecue available in summer).
WIFI is free!
All parts of the accommodation are accessible.

Important information:

Cleaning:
- You have the option of doing the cleaning yourself with check-out compulsory.
- Alternatively, you will be charged €20 for a stay of 1 to 2 nights, or €50 for a stay of 3 nights or more (to be paid at the beginning, middle or end of your stay).

Pets :
- We accept a maximum of 1 pet.
- You will be asked to pay a deposit of €300, which will be returned at the end of your stay.

Services :
- All rooms are embellished with decorative frames handmade by Sandra who has her own small business. You can contact her during your stay if you are interested in a frame (the CosyHome website with all the collections is on the business cards in the gîte).
- You can buy local wine (red, rosé and white) from the gîte's wine cellar (contact us by telephone if you are interested in this service for a fee).
- Tourist brochures are available at the gîte, as well as a house manual.

Security:
- The outside staircase is impassable and access to it is blocked. It is strictly forbidden to use it. We ask you to be vigilant with children on this point.
- The inside staircase has shallow steps. There is no child safety barrier.
- The garden surrounding the house is not yet fenced. Please take this into consideration for children and pets.
