Le Tournesac - Gîte 13

In the heart of the regional natural park of Morvan, the Tournesac is an old mill renovated on the edge of a private pond of 3ha, a river and on the edge of forest. It is composed of 2 lodgings, commendable together or separately. The gite 9 is the most authentic part of the building with terracotta tiles, French ceilings, fireplace and original floor made of cement tiles. It consists on the ground floor of a dining room with kitchen, a beautiful living room with fireplace, a bathroom and a toilet. The living room offers sleeping for 2 additional people in sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a bed 160, a room with 2 beds 90 and a room with 3 beds 90 including 2 combinable. Bathroom with toilet. The cottage 6 is more contemporary. It is located on the 2nd floor in the former attic and has an independent entrance accessible by an external staircase with a beautiful private terrace on the pond. It consists of a large living room of 48 m² with salleanger, living room and kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 beds 90 twin each, a bedroom with a bed 160, a bathroom with toilet and a bathroom. An internal staircase connects the 2 lodgings together. Cot and high chair. Land of 9 hectares with courtyard, parking, garden and access to the edge of the pond.
