Single storey house adjoining owners' home in peaceful village. Large fenced garden (1,600 sq.m.), part of which is private, part shared with owners. Private parking space in courtyard, closed shelter for bikes/motorbikes. 2 entrances (at front and back). Fitted kitchen, living room (double sofa bed, TV, WIFI, DVD player), shower room/WC (large shower), bedroom (queen-size bed). Cot, high chair. Cleaning at end of stay possible (extra charge). No extra charge for heating. Shared utility room (washing machine). Heated swimming pool shared with owners (open April to September). If required, extra accommodation possible in converted outbuildings (50€/person): annex 1 (bedroom with double bed), annex 2 (converted henhouse with low door: mezzanine bed for teenager), outside shower room for both bedrooms.|In immediate vicinity: Canal du Nivernais, Yonne.
