Le Rocagermanois

Le Rocagermanois is a house dating from the 18th century, entirely renovated while keeping its period charm (stone fireplace, stone niche and sink leaving all the charm on the ground floor, oak parquet floor upstairs restored in 1948). House adjoining the owner, enclosed gravelled courtyard for relaxation and peaceful evenings on enclosed land (very few neighbours). Possibility of having a kennel available for hunters and a closed garage for motorcyclists. Very friendly and touristic village, pizza truck in the village on Friday evening, restaurants nearby, museum visits, forest house, farm visits, sale of local products, walks and discoveries... all this within a few minutes of the village. Le Rocagermanois is located at the end of the village, which has about 90 inhabitants, at an altitude of about 335 metres. We are also 15 minutes from Châtillon-sur-Seine, a town with all the necessary shops, and 30 minutes from the Crémant road, as well as 1 hour from the Côte de Nuits.
