Beautiful detached house, adjoining the owner's house, with no common parts. Located in a large property, 500 m from the town centre, enclosed garden of 1200 m² with trees, terrace with awning.

Ground floor: entrance, WC, dining room, living room, kitchen.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bedroom in a row for children with 2 beds 90x190 or 1 separate adult bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, bathroom (bath and shower) with WC.
Possibility of renting an extra room for 1 or 2 people (30€/night, to be paid on the spot or 50€ for 1 week).

DVD player. wifi. 1 baby bed, 1 changing table, 1 high chair.
Gas heating in supplement according to consumption.
Cleaning at the end of your stay in supplement: 50 €.
