Le Patio - Gîte Les Folatières

In an old winegrower's house in the heart of the famous Puligny-Montrachet vineyard, Le Patio offers 3 beautiful flats entirely renovated with high quality materials.

The Gîte Les Folatières is located on the first floor and has a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area. The bedroom is a duplex on the first floor and has a 160x200 bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

On the ground floor: entrance and laundry room shared with the other two gîtes. Possibility to rent them together for a total of 10 people.

Reversible air conditioning. Sheets, towels, final cleaning, heating and electricity included in the price. Free public parking close to the gîte. No outdoor space.

Nearby: numerous wine tasting cellars and restaurants in the commune. La Voie des Vignes cycle route from Beaune to Santenay. Beautiful walks in the vineyards. A few kilometres away, Beaune, the wine capital, known internationally for its famous Hospices, also listed by UNESCO. Activities all year round: film festivals, baroque music, gardens... Also to be discovered on the Route des Grands Crus, the other renowned wine villages such as Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet...
