16th century water mill on banks of river Guignon in Morvan Regional Nature park. Below the mill, the old miller's house has been converted into a cosy gîte in a restful, sheltered leafy setting. With no near neighbours you can relax completely and enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely setting! Gîte has every modern comfort combined with a stylish yet subtle décor in soft tones. Ground floor: large welcoming living room with fitted open-plan kitchen opening onto terrace (garden furniture) overlooking river, lounge (flat screen TV, WIFI, hi-fi), spacious shower room/WC (large shower), 2 bedrooms (160x200cm bed) (two 90x200 beds OR king-size bed). 1st floor (via outside staircase): separate bedroom (160x200cm bed) with own shower room/WC offering total privacy. Central underfloor heating (air/water heat pump) - invisible yet highly effective. Extra charge for electricity (if actual consumption exceeds daily allowance). Awning and 2nd set of outdoor furniture available in garden beside river - not overlooked, so the perfect place to relax.
