Le Moulin de Bona

In the past, the mill played an important role in the life of a village. The miller was an important figure in those days, as the supply of bread, the main food, depended on him.
Nowadays, the mill still holds a special place in people's hearts. In Bona, part of the former miller's house has been turned into a gîte that offers peace, comfort, nature and heritage.
The gîte at the Bona mill: a renovation carried out with, for the most part, environmentally friendly materials (hemp, lime, Puisaye ochre, wood) and the charm of a place steeped in history, in the heart of a nature that has much to offer! I welcome you in a green setting and would be happy to help you discover the mill and its heritage.
At the mill, biodiversity is king. Come and discover and appreciate it: you can, if you wish, learn the technique of pressing flowers and leaves collected on the banks of the small river which crosses the property and you can even express your talents with a beautiful composition and thus, leave with a setting guaranteed to be "unique".
The accommodation is designed for 6 people with high quality bedding, each room having its own bathroom and toilet.
The living room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen area where you can try out recipes for Burgundian dishes (recipes available) and you can relax in the mezzanine lounge.
Chairs and garden armchairs are available for your outdoor relaxation: you can move them as you wish to enjoy the shade of the wild plum tree, the gentle song of the waterfall or, depending on the season, the spectacle of damselflies and other dragonflies performing their ballet above the water...
