The Logis Côté Cour - classified Meublé de Tourisme *** - is located 3 kilometres from the charming little town of La Charité/Loire, a picturesque UNESCO-listed site on the banks of the Loire, which comes alive with its various cultural festivals throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful hamlet of VILLATTE. We are 2 hours from Paris by train - La Charité station is 3 km away - or by road, close to the A77 "De l'Arbre" motorway, exit 29. We would be delighted to welcome you to our comfortable 35 m2 dwelling - for 2 to 4 people - on the first floor, with its own entrance, just off our farmhouse.

You will enjoy absolute peace and quiet, an interior space with a living room equipped with a convertible sofa bed (160cm), a kitchenette equipped for your comfort with a microwave oven, a two-burner ceramic hob, a washing machine, a fridge, a study area, a shower room, WC and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) on a mezzanine accessible by a "miller's ladder" type staircase. Outside, you'll find a small outdoor table and deckchairs for relaxing.

Please note: The house is non-smoking. It is not accessible to young children and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. Pets are not accepted.
The rental price depends on the length of your stay (€89 to €119 per night). The rental is subject to a mutual contract signed by both parties. The rental price includes bed linen. The Nivernais countryside invites you to enjoy peaceful walks in the Bertranges forest or by the water, as we are at the confluence of the Loire, Allier and Nièvre rivers. Within a 30 km radius, there are many picturesque sites to discover: the town of Nevers, the Magny-Cour motor racing circuits, and the pretty medieval town of Clamecy. There are also many vineyards and wine cellars to visit here (Pouilly-sur-Loire, Sancerre), locks and the pretty flower-filled village of Apremont sur Allier, to name but a few. Finally, for those who love heights, the lakes and mountains of the Morvan are 1h30 away in the direction of Château-Chinon. So, whether you're feeling restless or not, time stands still at Villatte, inviting you to relax and discover.
