Ground floor: large character living room with dining/lounge areas (exposed stone walls, Burgundian flagstones, fireplace) and open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC. 1st floor: 3 rooms (queen-size bed, TV, shower room) (2 single beds OR king-size bed) (2 single beds OR king-size bed), shower room, separate WC, dressing room. Private terrace. Parking in courtyard on property, large shared garden (2,000 sq.m.) with swing. Shared heated swimming pool (8x4m), open 10am-12 noon & 2-5.30pm. Included in rent: gas heating, electricity, bed linen, kitchen linen, cleaning at end of stay. Free basket of firewood.
