Le Gîte de la Voute

Welcome to this charming house located in Pouilly-en-Auxois, 1 kilometre from the entrance to the A6 (Paris - Lyon) and A38 (Dijon - Pouilly-en-Auxois) motorways, but also served by public transport which will enable you to reach the SNCF stations of Dijon or Montbard. You will be about 30 km from Dijon, Beaune or the gates of Morvan.
The house is located at the end of the village, next to the owner's house and is completely independent. You can park your car in the closed garage, provided for this purpose (or in front of the house).
The entrance is through the living room which opens onto the fully equipped open kitchen. These rooms give access to an outside terrace. A small corridor leads to a first independent toilet, a laundry room and allows you to access directly to the garage.
On the first floor, a space serves two bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet. All these rooms are independent of each other. One room has a 140x190 bed and an 80x200 bed. The other has two 80x200 beds that can be combined into a 160x200 bed. Each room has a cupboard and wardrobe.
The house is very bright with underfloor heating and recessed spotlights.
RATES AND AVAILABILITY
The basic rate is fixed for two people, i.e.: 2 nights 200€ - 3 nights 270€ - 4 nights 340€ - 5 nights 400€ - 6 nights 460€ - 7 nights 520€; plus 5 euros per day per additional person.
During the summer, from the end of June to the beginning of September, rentals are only made for a full week from Saturday to Saturday at the same rate as the rest of the year (between 520 and 598€ depending on the number of people)
Deposit: 30% on reservation.

AT YOUR DISPOSAL :
Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and necessary utensils.
In the living room you have a sofa and several armchairs, a flat screen TV and matching furniture.
Child gates to protect access to the upstairs stairs are provided.
Rooms are ready on arrival (beds made up: sheets, duvet, pillows)
Towels and tea towels provided.
Private terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, outdoor dining area, gas barbecue with plancha, parasol.
Water and electricity included in the rental price.
Bicycles and small fishing equipment are available.
For your car an electric charging point is located less than 200 meters away.
OPTION :
On request, baby equipment can be provided: cot, high chair, pram 10€ per stay.
Thank you for leaving the premises clean; if you fail to do so, you will be charged €50 for cleaning.

VISITS :
In the immediate vicinity of all shops, this gîte is ideally placed to visit our region with its rich architectural heritage.
The "Véloroute" along the Burgundy canal passes within a hundred metres of the gîte. It will allow you to discover this 18th century structure on foot or by bike, and to spend some leisure time near the five lakes used to feed it (Cercey, Chazilly, Grosbois, Panthier, Le Thillot). You can go swimming, fishing, sailing or walking. The proximity of the Morvan regional park will open you to beautiful walks.
DIJON, capital of the "Dukes of Burgundy", with its monuments and museums, is a historical centre not to be missed.
BEAUNE, capital of the Burgundy wines, discover this small town known worldwide and so endearing. This fortified city will amaze you with its hospices with roofs of tiles coloured with geometric patterns.
Two towns listed as "the most beautiful villages in France" are located nearby (Châteauneuf and Flavigny-sur-Ozerain). Other medieval towns (Mont-Saint-Jean, Semur en Auxois, .), numerous castles, abbeys, the historical site of Alesia (the site of the confrontation between Julius Caesar and Vercingetorix in 52 BC), Bibracte (capital of the Celtic people of the Aedui in the 2nd century BC) and the site of the sources of the Seine, will allow everyone to find a variety of leisure activities.
The discovery of our region will be completed by a visit to the wine sector. The route des Grands Crus stretches from Dijon to Santenay, passing through some thirty villages with famous names such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, etc. It will make you appreciate the beauties of the "Climats de Bourgogne" and many visits are possible on this route.
