Near the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, renovated 18th century stone house. Living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and sitting area. A room with a bed 140 and a small room with a bed 90 (possible extra bed in trundle bed). Shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. Heating and air conditioning reversible according to meter reading. Sheets included. Car park. Folding bed and high chair for baby. The house has no outdoor space but holidaymakers have access until 15h to the pool owners, neighbors of the house. The 4x8 m pool is open from June to September depending on the weather. Rent by the night possible at the last minute for 95 €.
Nearby: Beaune, capital of Burgundy and its Hospices, listed as World Heritage by Unesco. The Grands Crus Route, with evocative names such as Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet. Castle of Coraboeuf, strong medieval house. Castle of La Rochepot, Casino Santenay. Many hiking trails in the vineyards and combes around, as well as Cirque du Bout du Monde. Nearby also the tourist sites of Auxois and Morvan.
