Detached cottage on the owner's property, with shared garden, one plot of which is dedicated to the gîte. Private parking space.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with dining area and bed (if 3rd person), TV, wifi. Narrow spiral staircase leading to the first floor (there is an outside staircase if required) with a relaxation area on the mezzanine, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 that can be converted into 1 bed 180x200 with TV; 1 shower room with shower cubicle and WC.
Washing machine available in the owner's laundry room.

All-inclusive gîte: heating and electricity included, bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, towels provided, cleaning included (gîte must be left clean on departure).

Walking and cycling trails, casino and shops nearby. During your stay, you can also visit the surrounding towns of Nevers and La Charité-sur-Loire, as well as the vineyards of Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre.
