Detached restored Nivernais farmhouse with uninterrupted views over the countryside. Terrace, enclosed flower-filled garden with petanque area and unenclosed garden with slide. Ground floor: entrance into dining room with TV and open kitchen (5-burner piano), 1 "Hulotte" bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) with direct access to a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs (large shower with chair, accessible washbasin and raised toilet). A medical bed can be installed. 1st floor: 1 "Hirondelle" bedroom with 3 beds 90x190 and 1 "Mésange" bedroom with 1 bed 140x190. These 2 bedrooms each have direct access to the shower room (shower and toilet). A 3rd bedroom, "Tourterelle", with 1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 90x190 (a cot can be installed) is accessible via the "Mésange" bedroom. Only 1 pet allowed. Books are available in each room. If you have started a book during your stay, you can take it home and send it back. Telephone available. The barn has been converted into a summer kitchen with 2 large tables for sharing convivial moments. Electricity over 8kwh extra, heating not included. Towels available on request. Beds are made on arrival and breakfast is provided. Housework extra. Gîte Bébé Calin: baby equipment provided. Horses can be accommodated. The gîte is ideally situated close to La Charité-sur-Loire (City of Books), the Loire cycle route, the forest and the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela. You can fish and swim at the Etang du Merle. You are 10 km from the Charitois vineyards and 30 km from the Pouilly vineyards. 30 minutes from Nevers (Ducal Palace, Chasse Sainte-Bernadette, Museums, etc.)
