This 45m2 flat is laid out like a loft: the rooms are all through-going (with the exception of the bathrooms, of course...) and are organised in this way:

- 1 living room with a 120x190cm sofa bed (more comfortable for one adult than two), opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.).
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, opening onto a bathroom with walk-in shower.

View of the Monts du Morvan and the bell tower of Notre Dame / WIFI connection / Board games, books and Bluetooth speaker / Free parking spaces near the accommodation / Baby equipment available on request / Ironing board and iron available on request.

Access to the gîte is via 4 small steps (level between ground floor and 1st floor).

In July and August, we open a temporary bar-restaurant in the inner courtyard from Thursday to Saturday evenings, serving gourmet cuisine made with local produce!
