Le Bas de Riousse

Between Nevers and Moulins, 120m2 gîte in the countryside, in the heart of the Bourbonnais Nivernais, our house is located in a quiet dead end street, with no facing or adjoining buildings: ideal for nature lovers, families with young children (no traffic). No noise pollution. Many activities nearby: visits to museums, vineyards, gardens, walks, canoeing, thermal baths, casino, etc.

The accommodation
Our gîte has been classified 3 stars for a capacity of 10 people by the tourist development agency of the Nièvre department.

You will find on the ground floor :
- kitchen with dining area; fully equipped (ventilated refrigerator with freezer, microwave, induction cooker with oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, various food processors....)
- large living room and dining area, with wood stove, TV, wifi sound system,
- veranda,
- a storeroom,
- shower room with washing machine,
- Separate toilet,
- garage.

On the first floor :
- first room - "blue room"- large family room for 4 people with 1 double bed 160x200cm and 2 single beds 90x200cm. The space can be separated by a large curtain for more privacy;
- second room - "nature room"- large family room for 4 persons with 1 double bed 160x200cm and 2 single beds 90x200cm. The "parents' corner" and the "children's corner" are separated by a partition formed by two bookcases.
- a shower room (Italian shower) with washbasin and WC,
- a landing with two single beds 90x200cm (which can be brought together on the mezzanine to form a 180x200cm bed).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
- We prefer to exchange via Airbnb messaging.
- beds made, shower sheets, hand towels and tea towels provided.
- parties and soirées are not allowed. The same applies to family gatherings that do not respect the capacity of the gîte. It is also important to respect the neighbourhood and the calm of the hamlet.
- small private wooden swimming pool (4.20x3.50x1.35) above ground with automatic protection shutter, open from the first Friday of May until the last Sunday of September. Unheated water. Towels not provided. Children must use the pool under the supervision and continuous presence of their parents.
- Baby equipment: a cot, a cot for a second baby, a high chair, a baby bath. A barrier for the stairs is also available.
- Garden furniture and barbecue are available in the garage.
- Parking: maximum 4 cars.
- The thickness of the walls does not allow an equal wifi signal in the whole house. -
- The living room and kitchen are heated by a wood stove. Wood is provided but care must be taken to maintain the fire. Fire maintenance must be done by an adult. It is the responsibility of adults not to allow children to touch the stove when it is burning.
- we reserve the right to come and check the number of people in the gîte to ensure that the capacity of the house is respected.

Access for travellers
