Located in a 17th century building, in the heart of the historic centre of Dijon, on the edge of the pedestrian area, 2 mn from the Place de la Libération and 5 mn from the Place de la République, our 50 m2 apartment will seduce you with its central location, its calm and its decoration combining modernity and old stones

It is equally suitable for a business stay as well as for a holiday rental. It is easily accessible by car or public transport and is close to the main tourist and cultural sites and all amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco, bakery, ..

Passing the door of the 17th century building, a long corridor and a staircase in authentic Burgundy stone will lead you to the 1st floor and the apartment which has been completely renovated.
You will then be seduced by its warm colours, its high ceilings, its large windows overlooking the inner courtyard, its exposed stones, its harmonious decoration... and the quiet surroundings.

You will have a bedroom, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom/wc
- Bedroom with wooden four-poster bed (160x200)
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, 4 burner hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, crockery for 4, ...)
- Living room with sofa bed (to accommodate 4 passengers)
- Bathroom/wc with Italian shower, hairdryer.

We put at your disposal free of charge :
- TV, Internet Wifi very high speed (fiber)
- Library
- Documentation and useful information for your stay in Dijon.
- Soap, shampoo
- Welcome tray: coffee, tea, herbal tea, water, fruit juice
- The "Parcours de la Chouette", a 22-step tour through the historic centre to discover the main facets of Dijon.

We welcome you from 5pm to 10pm.
With the possibility of adapting the schedules according to your program and our availability.

If you drive to the apartment, parking is easy on the street.

If you reach the apartment by public transport or by bike, you will find several stops or stations nearby :
- Divia-City shuttle stop (free 100% electric shuttle bus serving the city centre): 2 mn walk (Beaux-Arts or Jean-Jacques Rousseau stop)
- Tramway station (T1 or T2) : 6 mn (Place de la République)
- Station Divia Vélodi, (bike rental) : 2 mn (n°9/Auguste Comte)

Our prices include the bed made on your arrival and the bathroom linen
1st night : 60€ (for 2 people)
From 2 nights : 50€ (for 2 people)
For 3 or 4 people: 15€ per person/J
Week: 329 € (399€ for 3, 469€ for 4)
Cleaning fee: 10€
Deposit: 600€, returned at the end of the stay, after inventory of fixtures.
Tourist tax : 0,40€/D/Pers.
