La Petite Maison des Amoureux

La Petite Maison is located in Burgundy, in Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire and 11km from Sancerre (1h30 from Paris). The gîte is easily and directly accessible from the A6 motorway and then the A77, in a pretty hamlet, in the peace and quiet of the countryside.
It is also called "La Maison des Amoureux"... Lovers of nature, of animals, of peace and quiet, of greenery... and simply lovers, who would like to share a sweet moment together by the fire, far from the city...

It's pretty, practical and friendly, with two bright bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace in winter to curl up by the fire and a pleasant garden for a barbecue in the sun with the family, in the quiet summer.
A real return to our roots, in the heart of nature; rest and sporting activities with family or friends. Small family equestrian centre 2 minutes' walk from the house and a pony club for the little ones, 5 minutes' walk from the house (as well as canoeing, kayaking, rail-biking, go-karting, fishing, 18-hole golf course with magnificent panoramic views, its Club-House, restaurant and lounge bar, etc.)....) and of course the Crottin de Chavignol, flea markets, the market on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings, visits to monuments and cellars to taste the finest wines (we are 11 km from Sancerre!).

Swimming and activities, games and visits to the medieval fortress of Guédelon (being built using techniques and materials from the Middle Ages)... It's a scientific, historical, tourist and educational site for young and old alike.
Lazing around, fishing and walking or horse-riding - in the forest or along the banks of the Loire - you can savour all the charms of the countryside and its gustatory pleasures.

La Petite maison des Amoureux offers 2 pretty, simple, independent bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 2 people + 1 baby bed
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, can be joined together if required.
Fitted kitchen, Italian-style shower in waxed concrete, suspended toilet.
