La Petite Maison des Amoureux

The 'Petite Maison' is located in Burgundy, in Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire and 11km from Sancerre (1h30 from Paris). The gîte is easily and directly accessible by the A6 and then A77 motorways, in a pretty hamlet, in the middle of the green countryside.
It is also called "La Maison des Amoureux" . Lovers of nature, animals, peace and quiet, greenery... and simply in love, who would like to share a sweet moment together by the fire, far from the city...
It is pretty, practical and friendly, with its two bright bedrooms, its living room with fireplace in winter to curl up by the fire and its pleasant garden for a barbecue in the sun with the family, in summer in the quiet.
A true return to the roots, in the middle of nature; Rest and sports activities with family or friends. Small family Equestrian Centre at 2mn from the house on foot as well as a Pony club for the little ones, at 5mn from the house, on foot, (but also, canoeing, cycling, karting, fishing, 18 Hole Golf Course with magnificent panorama, its Club-House, its restaurant and bar Lounge....) and of course the Crottin de Chavignol, the flea markets, the market on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday morning, the visits of monuments and the visits of cellars to taste the greatest wines (we are 11 km from Sancerre!).
Swimming and activities, games and visits to the medieval fortified castle of Guédelon (under construction according to the techniques and materials used in the Middle Ages) . It is a scientific, historical, touristic and educational site for young and old.
Farniente, fishing and walks on foot or on horseback - in the forest or on the banks of the Loire - you will be able to savour all the charms of the countryside and its gustatory pleasures.

La Petite maison des Amoureux offers you 2 pretty independent rooms simple and nature:
Room 1 : 1 double bed, 2 persons + 1 baby bed
Room 2: 2 single beds, to be joined together if necessary.
Equipped kitchen, Italian shower in waxed concrete, hanging wc.

Living room, Tv flat screen swivel.
Sofa and fireplace for evenings by the fire.

A very small free shuttle bus (Le Papillon) passes in front of the house and provides a link to the town centre of Cosne (Market, Town Hall...).
It is located 10mn from the town centre and 5mn from the shops.
