Nestling under the roofs in the heart of Chablis, our furnished apartment, currently being classified, offers you an enchanting interlude in the heart of the vineyard. Located on the 2nd floor of a town house, 10 seconds walk from the square, its staircase takes you to a beautiful apartment, quiet, bright, modern and completely renovated under a cathedral roof whose magnificent roof structure you can admire
A beautiful room (12 m2), nicely decorated, with a comfortable 140 cm bed, offers you a large wardrobe where you can easily store your personal belongings and a television
The living room (more than 32 m2), invites you to relax in its living room on its deep sofa bed that can be folded out in two seconds, or to unwind in the dining area around a good meal, or at the bar in front of a drink. The large American kitchen, fully equipped, will offer you the possibility to concoct what you want to eat.
A small office (4m2) allows you to isolate yourself if you wish to write your postcards or to relax on its pretty single sofa bed.
A bathroom (8m2) offers you a beautiful space to prepare yourself in all serenity.
All the documentation (booklet, leaflet...) necessary for a beautiful discovery of our region is of course at your disposal in the apartment. Everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable (TV, DVD player, radio and bluetooth, fans, washing machine, hair dryer, oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette, croque-monsieur, extension cords, USB plug, board games, shopping basket, coffee, tea, sugar, condiments ...). Bed linen and towels are provided as well as two sets of keys.
Free parking is available 5 minutes walk from the apartment and free parking is also available 2 minutes walk on the Boulevard.
The apartment is not suitable for small children because of its private staircase which leads directly to the living room which could be dangerous. No danger for older children or teenagers.
