Ground floor: large living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge area (wood-burning stove), bedroom (queen-size bed) with small adjoining bedroom (80cm wide bed), shower room (large shower), separate WC. 1st floor: large bedroom (double bed with single bunk bed above), another lounge area (TV). Included in rent: bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, heating, firewood, electricity. High chair and cot available. Adjoining barn (washing machine) where bikes can be stored. Dog allowed.|Ideally located for exploring the Canal du Nivernais (on foot, by bike or in boat). Within 30km radius: forests and rolling hedge-trimmed countryside, famous sights such as the basilica at Vézelay, the 16 canal locks at Sardy-les-Epiry, château of Bazoches, lakes at Baye and Vaux (swimming, fishing, water-based activities). Festivals, flea markets, swimming - so much to do. Be sure to take time to relax in the shade of the limetree in the fenced garden (120 sq.m.) at front of house.
