La Melote

On the outskirts of Dijon, an old stone house, renovated by the owners and bordered by a stream (safe for small children). Access to the gîte is via a stone staircase. Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC. First floor: attic bedroom with 2 single beds. Private courtyard and garden of 500 m². Car park. In season, access to an in-ground swimming pool shared by the 3 houses in the hamlet, open from May to September, weather permitting, from 1pm to 6pm (size 10x4 m). Wood-burning stove.

In the village of Saint Julien, 1 km away, all amenities: supermarket (fuel), bakery, delicatessen, pizzeria, pharmacy, doctors, post office, etc.) In the heart of Burgundy, Dijon is just 15 minutes away. A city of art, you can explore its history by discovering the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, its Philippe le Bon tower and the famous tombs with their mourners, the completely renovated Musée des Beaux-Arts, the Owl cultural trail, the Rue des Antiquaires, the covered market under Les Halles.
