La Maison Pieuse welcomes you with your family or friends for a charming interlude in the heart of Burgundy.
La Maison Pieuse is composed of two old houses situated around a courtyard, a canopy and a common enclosed garden, allowing you to gather for memorable moments after a day's visit to Guédelon or the Château de Saint-Fargeau. The houses are located in the heart of the village of Villiers Saint-Benoît, opposite the château du Fort and the church of Saint-Benoît. The numerous rooms, the very spacious rooms and the facilities of the houses (American and French billiards, table football, piano, library, etc.) will allow you to stay in a group while enjoying the moment to the full. The charming enclosed garden and the many fireplaces will allow you to enjoy your stay in all seasons.

Take a moment of rest in one of the rooms with an unobstructed view of the castle moat, share a meal under the covered terrace, relax in one of the baths, engage in heated discussions at the corner of one of the fireplaces in the houses, or take a reading break in the former village grocery shop, which has been transformed into a library/billiard room with direct access to the garden?

Villiers-Saint-Benoît is a charming village. Within a 5-minute walk, you can visit the Puisaye Museum of Art and History, the restaurant, the grocery store/bread depot, the old wash house, the chapel or the pâtis, a playground and sports area for young and old. Take advantage of your stay to visit Guédelon, the market of Toucy, the castle of Saint-Fargeau, the castle of Ratilly, the park of Boutissaint, Toucy, Auxerre, Chablis, etc.
