Charming renovated house of 120m2 in a Burgundy village close to the Canal de Bourgogne.

You will have a view of the canal from the terrace of one of our bedrooms (master suite with double bed and bathroom with bath and shower). Second bedroom: double bed, bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen, induction dishwasher, oven, microwave.
Laundry room, washing machine and tumble dryer. Living room, dining room, television, sofa, wine cellar.

The accommodation
Charming house located between Montbard and Venarey les Laumes. You can visit the Buffon Museum, the MuseoParc Alésia, the excavations and the village of Alise-Sainte-Reine, the famous village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain (classified as the most beautiful village in France), the Abbey of Fontenay.
Take a walk in the fortified town of Semur-en-Auxois with its imposing ramparts or enjoy the beach at Lac de Pont. Take a bike ride along the Burgundy canal. Plan a family day at the Auxois Park or Nigloland.
In the accommodation you will find a lot of information about tourism in the region and the sites to visit around Courcelles-lès-Montbard.
