On the ground floor: a large living room opening onto the kitchen, a second independent living room with sofa, flat screen TV, board games, 1 independent toilet, 1 double bedroom (1 double bed) with a private washbasin. On the first floor, 1 "children's" bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with WC. Pleasant courtyard with garden and vegetable garden of about 200 m², without any opposite. Garden furniture, barbecue. Sheets, cleaning and heating included in the price. No wifi, but 4G is available in the gîte.

Exceptional location in the centre of the village of Flavigny, famous for its aniseed, just a few steps from the Maison Lacordaire, which houses the Saint Curé d'Ars seminary.
