La Maison 1882

Beautiful house dating from 1882, completely renovated and ideally located on the banks of the Loire to spend a very pleasant stay!

A garage is available on request. Ground floor with a corridor leading to a cosy living room with TV, a large living room with a sitting area and office and a dining area with direct access to the enclosed courtyard. Binoculars are available for viewing the fauna of the Loire banks. A fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, 2 spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms with a view of the Loire, each equipped with a 160x200 bed and its own private bathroom with toilet (large shower). Air-conditioning in the rooms is planned for spring 2022.

Bicycles are available for you to ride along the banks of the Loire. A good starting point to discover the area: the vineyards with Pouilly-Fumé but also Sancerre, the Loire by bike or on foot or by canoe. Visit the Pouilly-Fumé tower, the pavilion in the middle of the Loire, the Belvedere in Saint Andelain (panoramic view of the Loire and the vineyards). Nearby: Sancerre, La Charité sur Loire (city of books and words), Cosne Cours sur Loire. Shops and restaurants on site.
