La Longère des Bois de Bailly

The house is a small character farmhouse with brickwork around the windows and Burgundy tiles. It is situated in a hamlet of 4 houses spaced out 2.5 km from the village of Saint Fargeau where you will find all amenities
The farmhouse is the last one at the end of the road, after, it is a path that leads to the forest. There is very little traffic. The lake of Bourdon is 2 km away, you can go there on foot or by bike by the paths. Many sports and tourist activities are waiting for you in the area.

The house looks like this: you enter the living room, spacious with beams and a fireplace with an insert. A bright kitchen-dining room with a beautiful wooden worktop on one side and a sink and a worktop with Saint Sauveur tiles on the other. The kitchen windows open onto the terrace, which is a nice place to chat while cooking or passing the dishes. The two bedrooms follow, first the one with a double bed, it gives access to the small bedroom with bunk beds and to the shower room and toilet with sliding doors to save space.
The house has a large welcoming terrace with a barbecue and a large garden. There is no oncoming traffic. You are in the countryside.
