In the heart of a village of 300 inhabitants, independent cottage next to the owner's main house and comprising on the ground floor: kitchen, living room/rest area with sofa bed for 2 people (140/190), shower room/WC. First floor: 1 attic bedroom on the mezzanine (1 double bed 140/190 - 1 single bed 90/190 extra - 1 baby bed) with sitting area.

Gravelled and enclosed courtyard shared with the owners and small private lawn area with outdoor dining area. WIFI Internet.

Pet presence: compulsory pet supplement to be paid at the time of booking and cleaning to be paid on site to the owner.

Over one animal per stay, on request to the owner.

Baby equipment: high chair, cot, potty, toilet reducer, bathtub, games.

At 12 km from Port-Sur-Saône (possibility of walks along the towpath) and 23 km from Vesoul, Mersuay is a beautiful flowery village.
