Gîte comprising a common room with kitchenette and a large veranda of 40 m². On the ground floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people with 2 beds 90x190, 1 bedroom for 6 people with 2 bunk beds 90x190 and 2 beds 90x190, a sanitary block with 1 shower, 2 toilets and 2 washbasins. On the first floor: a relaxation area, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds 90x190 each, 1 shower room (shower, washbasin), separate toilet. In the adjoining building 1 bedroom for 5 people with 2 bunk beds 90x190 and 1 bed 90x190 and a bedroom for 4 people with 2 bunk beds 90x190, a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet. Water sports centre (18 km), Balaine tree park. Fun and educational activities on site: discovery of the farm, free fishing in the pond (bring your own equipment except for the ducks).

For parties, seminars, room rental for 80 people including 1 stage, sanitary block, kitchen, tables and chairs + possibility of video projector, screen, sound system, microphone, musicians, DJ, light shows, caterer.
