The 80m² flat, quiet and bright, overlooking a wooded park on the street side, and on the other side a quiet courtyard, with no close neighbours, is located in the heart of the historic centre of Nevers and 10 minutes' walk from the station. All services (shops, pharmacy, post office, banks, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a large public garden with games for children.
The accommodation contains all the necessary facilities to make your life easier and to entertain you. The beds are comfortable even for adults (2 m long) and baby equipment is available on request.
Linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival. All windows are double-glazed and have blackout shutters or curtains.
